By using campaignvision.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
2. What this Site is
The Site describes Campaign Vision's camera-based crowd analytics for live events. Its content is informational: it explains what the product does, how measurement works, and how we handle data. It is not legal, compliance, or professional advice — in particular, pages discussing privacy regulation describe how the product is designed and are not a substitute for your own counsel.
3. Metrics are estimates
Numbers shown on the Site — in product screenshots, demo videos, and sample dashboards — are illustrative samples. In the product itself, computer-vision metrics such as headcounts and dwell time are estimates, and we label them as such. Our methodology page explains how they're measured and where their limits are. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of specific measurement results for your event.
4. Your use of the Site
You agree not to:
- disrupt or interfere with the Site or the infrastructure serving it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
- use our forms to send spam, or submit another person's information without their permission;
- scrape or republish Site content at scale without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, video, and the Campaign Vision name and logo — belong to Campaign Vision or its licensors. You may browse, link to, and quote the Site with attribution; you may not copy its content wholesale or use our branding without permission.
6. The platform is governed by your agreement
Access to the Campaign Vision platform is sold by subscription. The subscription agreement (with its order form and Data Processing Agreement) — not these terms — governs platform use, service levels, and data processing. Request a quote or book a demo to start that conversation.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, camera manufacturers or standards bodies). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." While we work to keep its content accurate and current, we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Vision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
