Pricing questions

Why price per event instead of per camera?

Agencies bill clients per activation, so event-based pricing maps to how you already invoice. Per-camera pricing punishes you for covering a space properly.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

No. Campaign Vision works with cameras you already have — venue IP cameras (RTSP), a webcam, or a GoPro. There are no proprietary sensors to rent, ship, or install.

Why isn't pricing listed on this page?

Because no two deployments look alike — a single pop-up and an agency running twenty activations a quarter need very different plans. Rather than publish tiers that fit nobody, we quote against your actual event volume and setup. The questionnaire takes under a minute and you'll hear from us within one business day.

How fast will we get a quote?

Within one business day of submitting the questionnaire. If your event is sooner than that, say so in the notes and we'll prioritize it.

What about privacy and consent?

The platform is anonymous by design — it identifies people by body shape and clothing, not facial recognition, and stores only derived metrics, not video. This supports a GDPR/CCPA anonymous-processing posture. We'll share guidance on venue signage and consent during onboarding.
